Check cabinet cleanliness, cable labeling, and availability of PLC/HMI software backups.
Verify consistency of heating zones, calibration of sensors, and proper functioning of safety switches.
C. Performance Test
Run at least a 2-hour continuous trial with a sample PVC recipe.
Record target output capacity, specific energy consumption (kWh/kg), and product dimensional tolerances.
D. Documentation & Legal
Verify serial number, CE conformity, maintenance records, invoice/origin documents.
Ensure transport and installation insurance, as well as commissioning responsibilities.
E. Overhaul & Costing
Prepare a list of worn spare parts with pricing.
Include repainting/cleaning requirements and operator training duration.
