Preparation & Adjustment

The pneumatic automatic screw feeding unit is prepared, screw height adjustment is made, and the profile support distance is set.

Start of Screwing

The screwing process starts with the foot pedal; the profile is automatically clamped, and the pressing clamp system is activated.

Controlled Screwing

The screwing process is completed at an average speed of 1.7 sec/piece. Thanks to the long-lasting bit system, operations are fast and error-free.

Automatic Stop & Changeover

When screwing is finished, the machine automatically stops. Bit changeover is quick and easy, and the system is ready for the next operation.
