The DS/205 is designed for high-precision and speed-oriented production as a fully automatic single-head screwdriving machine. The system automatically adjusts the distance between two screws and ensures reliable and consistent results across different profile sizes.
Thanks to the PLC-controlled pneumatic screw feeding unit, screwdriving is performed quickly and flawlessly. Once the process is completed, the product is automatically unloaded from the conveyor and table, eliminating downtime and production loss.
With its automatic profile width adjustment system compatible with 8 different profile widths, special height adjustment sensor, and integrated safety equipment, the machine offers both flexibility and safe operation. The user-friendly 7” touchscreen panel allows manual screw feeding and adjustment operations with ease.
