The DS/206 is a fully automatic double head screwdriving machine designed for high efficiency and precision. Thanks to its advanced sensor system, it automatically detects screw distances without measurement and enables simultaneous fastening at 4 screw points, maximizing production speed.

With its PLC-controlled pneumatic screw feeding unit, the screwdriving process is carried out quickly and accurately; safety sensors and a special height adjustment system prevent operator errors. The 7” touch panel allows easy control and adjustments, offering a user-friendly working experience.

The supported profile stop and clamping system ensure a long-lasting and stable operation, while the automatic discharge conveyor saves time on the production line. With 8-profile width compatibility, the manual release system provides versatile usage.
