GC/301 | Glass Assembly Unit

The GC/301 is a unit designed for the fast and serial installation of glass onto door and window frames. Once the glazing is complete, the frame is seamlessly transferred via the roller conveyor to the packaging section. The parallel pressing module ensures balanced pressure with adjustable force. The ability to lift the frame upwards provides the operator with a wide working area, making the assembly process easier.

STEP

Preparation & Planning

The frame and glass dimensions are checked, and station and pressure values are adjusted. The working area is made safe.

Glass Placement

With the lifting mechanism, the frame is brought to an ergonomic position, and the glass is placed quickly and safely.

STEP

Parallel Press & Balance

The parallel pressing unit applies equal pressure with adjustable force; the glass fits evenly into the frame, and a short quality control is performed.

STEP

Transfer & Packaging

The frame with mounted glass is continuously transferred to the packaging section via the roller conveyor.
