SW/131 | Sash Assembly Table

Product Description
The SW/131 Sash Assembly Table is designed to facilitate the assembly of all double-opening accessories used in door and window sash profiles of various series and sizes. Thanks to its mold- and template-free structure, it enables fast, standard, and high-quality assembly without the need for tape or manual measurement.

With its expandable structure, optional units allow screwing, drilling, channeling, and accessory assembly operations to be carried out on a single table. This feature saves time in the production process while ensuring standard quality.

Options:

  • ASD: Fully Automatic Screw Driving and Screw Feeding Unit (with laser alignment system)

  • TD: Triple Hinge Drilling Group (with support stand)

  • HD: Semi-Automatic Adjustable Hinge Drilling & Manual Screw Driving Group (multi-template revolving system, 2-stage – 3/6 mm)

  • BC: Spanish Groove Milling Cutter (12–16 mm)

  • EO-FR-S: Accessory Shelf (illuminated, functional corner turning group with template support)

  • EO-DC: Movable Clamp System
